I am the owner and director of the business.  I have spent over 35 years in the construction industry, working for both design and contracting organisations including 25 years working for one of the largest architectural design practices in the UK.  If you want a job doing, you get me!  I do not employ any other employees.  However, I may use other specialist trades such as Gas Safe engineers or Electricians depending upon the particular job being undertaken.  I have a passion for doing the job right. Words such as level and plumb, straight (or curved!), symmetrical, central, flat, smooth, clean and tidy form part of my working ethos.

The Costs

Costs will be a fair and true reflection of the scope of work to be undertaken whilst at the same time allowing a quality and reliable service to be provided.  A flexible pricing structure is available.  Lump sum quotations or hourly, half day and daily labour rates can be provided to suit the customers needs and the particular scope of work to be undertaken.  A written estimate or quotation can also be provided if requested.
